Drawing from his corporate background, Garret transitioned into the development sphere, where he contributed his strategic insights to innovative projects like the mixed-up development Westside Village in Atlanta, GA. His expertise and dedication led him to ascend to the position of Partner at Wilson Development Group, one of the largest single-tenant development entities on the East Coast. Throughout his career Garret has been involved with over $110,000,000 worth of transactions from primarily development, dispositions, acquisitions, and leasing.
